Pure Water Equipment
European Pharmacopoeia 8.0 Standard Water Purifying System
Step1 Pre-processing
Multi-layer filter process to remove larger particles and reduce the turbidity of raw water. Then the soft water filter removes calcium ions, magnesium ions and reduces the hardness of the source water. The last step, use activated carbon to remove partial organics and heavy metals.
Step2 RO system
Prefilter can purify particulate matter, colloids, microorganisms, and endotoxin in water. It uses a tiny aperture (0.0001 micron) that can effectively block particles and ions that larger than the aperture.
Step3 EDI system
The current deionization system integrates electrodialysis and ion exchange technology to achieve the purification and desalination through the selective permeability of positive and negative ions then the directed migration of water ions can be desalting.
Step4 UV germicidal lamp
By using a two-stage (wavelength 254-257nm, 185nm) bactericidal lamp to eliminate microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, yeast, fungi, algae), reduce bacteria, control the growth of microorganisms in the pure water system and degrade organic matter by photooxidation to reduce the concentration of TOC.
